In Los Angeles, at the time of the last official reception of Taurus World Stunt Awards, which rewards work for the stuntmen, two Québécois were distinguished thanks to their participation in the film “300” from the director Zack Snyder.
The ceremony took place a few days ago. “300” gained the price of the best combat. Stephane Julien and Mathieu Ledoux, in company of their fellow-members stuntmen max White, Jon Valera, Danny Hernandez, Ryan Watson, Matt Rugetti, Tim Rigby, Jonathan Eusebio and Don Lew, received the honors.
The two Québécois belong to Fast Motion, a group of five stuntmen (four men and a woman). In addition to “300”, the stuntmen of Fast Motion in particular took part in the films “Nitro”, “The Mummy: Tomb off the Dragon Emperor”, “Punisher: War Zone” and “wild Camp-site”.
“The Bourne Ultimatum” (two prices), “Live Free or Die Hard”, “Grindhouse” and “American Gangster” also count among the films which were distinguished at the time of the last edition of Taurus Awards.
